Comment:
This patient later sustained acute inferior infarction (Fig 198a). The RCA was opened by PTCA and the ST segment elevation in the inferior leads subsided.
The runs of VT are separated by a single sinus beat; the picture is similar to Parkinson-Papp syndrome of incessant SVT. Whether runs of this relatively slow VT signal reperfusion remains a moot point.
