Sinus rhythm

Comment:

Once looked for, sinus P waves are easily discerned in front of most beats; the rest cannot, therefore, be genuine atrial activity. The regular normal rate is a clue that the rhythm is not AF, which would require additional diagnoses of complete AV block (or block-acceleration of Marriott’s), with junctional rhythm.

The strip shown below (Fig 115a) on this page would be, in all fairness, beyond interpretation.
