Comment:
When I saw the recording, I wondered why the tremor was most marked in the chest leads. It is usually the standard leads where tremors mime atrial flutter best.
The answer was in the timing. The ECG girls took at least dozen traces before mounting this one as the best of the bad lot. The tremor increased dramatically just as the last third of the recording was taken. What leads 2 and aVF looked like at the height of tremor is shown below (Fig 139a).
The tremor-free trace was completely normal (not shown).
