Global T Wave Inversion
Report:
Sinus rhythm
Global T wave inversion[!xe "T wave:inversion:global" \b \i!]
Comment:
The striking changes were associated with complete lack of any other evidence of myocardial damage (echocardiogram and cardiac enzymes, as well as a later stress test, were normal). Further, the ECG normalised within three months (173a). The ECG is typical of the mysterious condition of global T wave inversion, defined by Spodick129. The only somewhat atypical feature was the patient’s male sex.
