Comment:
The ST segment elevation in the inferior leads is preceded by a characteristic notch. The trace is otherwise normal. It remained stable over several days (Fig 180a below). Stability over time is the only feature that differentiates early repolarisation from pericarditis or ischæmia with certainty.
