Comment:
All the T waves (even the inverted ones) are peaked, but they are also characteristically narrow in V2-4. The potassium was 8.4 mEq/L.
The IVCD has general features of an LPHB. It resolved after hæmodialysis (Fig 28a). The ST/T changes reverted to their (known) baseline abnormalities.
